haha, well i figure it needs a new dist. cap, a new timing chain, new coil, new maf, new 02 sensor, probably a new fuel pump, new tires, and possibly a new CPU.
it wont even start right now, and doesnt have a straight body.

That's a hard poll to take if you don't have more infos on your use for it.
- Do you need it as a daily driver?
- Is the car in such a bad shape that parting it and getting a new one would be cheaper and less of a hassle?
- Do you really need a 10 sec Iroc?

i have my GTA and my girlfriend just bought a jeep, so its not needed at all.
it isnt in very good shape, and thats why i was thinking maybe i should build a budget 10 sec car or something else.
right now im just throwing ideas around. id hate to see the car go really, i have some history with it.
Well if the car does have a history to you and means alot to you I would try to fix it up step by step.
Cause if you just fix it for a cheap racer you might as well just part it and get a new one which will be safer to drive.
But if you really feel the car is special to you I would take the time to fix it up, but that's just me

yeah, it would take time to do it right.
im not looking at just tossing parts on it to make it "go fast". id do research to find out whats cheap and of good quality.
and yeah, safety is #1 before anything else.
