what's different in 91/92

What exactly is it that makes them look different/better than my 86 z? What about the irocs. I know there are differences in the lines and or something but I can't pinpoint it. Is it the Ground effects, rear spoilor, hood or what? Thanks. ~Arnold

Several things on the exterior, first the 86 year is the only with the 3rd brake light on the outside of the hatch glass, the ground effects have aero vents before the front and rear wheels, the 91-92 Z got "hood blisters" instead of the louvers, and the high rise spoiler.
Oh and wheels are dif.

Your question is a little vague. You need to be more specific. But yes, the listed things are correct and the difference from 91 to 92 is the whole things about a "25th anniversary" that the 92 has. The 92 also got alot of cool exterior color schems.

Sorry it's so vague. I guess what I want to know is what exactly makes these camaros look "better" than my 86? Is it just the spoiler and gfx or is there something about the body in general that is differnt? Does that make sense? Thanks ~Arnold

I believe that the HP on the 91/92 Zs was higher that the earlier models.

Note: It is check the Tech section for a comparison

It is what everone else said plus, the front lower valance slops out farther than the IROC's, the fog light grill insert has the bowtie instead of the "CAMARO", the interior dash guages and seats are different, and also it is air bag equipped. Those are the other differences between the two cars.

the lower valance is the ground effect at the bottom of the front bumper.

Nope, no ABS ever. You really have to know nothing about your car to think it has ABS if it doesn't...

Ok the 91-92 cars came with different ground fx, grille(except the RS's) rims, spoiler, the 3r brake light was moved up to the center of the hatch on the inside, they came with the half moon guages with da air bag and they used a differnt body glue tomake the over all car stronger. Also the t-top cars got lexan t-tops instead of glass.

Thats about all i can think of off the top of my head.
