wheel thread #234456

yea I know there are tons of other wheel threads, and before you say it I have been using the search function for the past 2 hours and still have not fount anything . I was wanting to know if anyone else has had better luck then me with finding a set of some good looking black wheels. From the research I have gathered I think I can have a set of 255/35/18.9 wheels and they should fit and ride fine with a car that has the pro lowering spring kit, correct me if I am wrong. Ive been to quite a few wheel websites but as you all know its hard finding newer wheels to work with our cars, but I do know there are some out there, so has anyone else fount anything good?

alot of us are running 18x10 in the rears, and anything from 275-295 for tires....some run 17x11...if you plan it carefully, you wont have any problems. Look into custom wheel designers like boyd, foose, centerline, boze....they build wheels to your specs and alleviate the pain of having to build your car around a wheel as opposed to having the wheel built for your car

if you want black wheels then you may have to paint them yourselve. Thats what I had to do with the wheels in my sign. pic below. I had an autobody shop shoot them with gloss black paint and clearcoat. I have since ditched those wheels and I am currently shopping for new ones and I may end up painting the new ones. I like black wheels on certain cars. if you want a better idea on what black wheels willlook like on a car then you may have to go over to camaroz28.com and search in there. its mostly 4th gens but you will still get the idea.

Also looking for black wheels. How do the 18X10's look? I've seen the 11" ZR1s on someone's car on here and they stuck out a bit.

apreciate the tip, I was just on there websites last night, I might have to end up doing that. And you have some pretty badass wheels yourself, mind me asking how much they ran you?
