Behold!!! the first L03 with Mid mount!

Welcome to the 3 biggest pain in the A$$ days of my life. This set up isn't designed for 88 and up vehicles (reverse water pump) so I had to change over to standard rotation.Plus I got the wrong PS pulley,I needed a press on not a keyway, but it was cheaper just to change the pump than what the new pulley costs. So instead I switched to a keyway style pump.Although it was a bitch to put together to me it was so worth it.I mean just the stock pulleys alone were heavier than the ENTIRE setup from March.Plus the weight of the Big aluminum stock brackets i lost was worth it.The car feels smoother, revs much better and my gas mileage has increased by at least 15%
Just for kicks I polished my fuel lines.Enjoy!!

No kidding overpriced!!!!! I can fabricate this entine setup minus the pullies for less than $50 bucks. You also want to know what suxs with this kit is that it doesn't come with belts. You have to buy them separately. You think for $520.76 they could have the common courtesy to send those as well. One more problem I had was that it also didn't come with spacers for the power steering pump.I had to call march directly to find out what sizes I needed and went to true value to get some.Believe me if I had known before hand how much of a bitch this would've been I would've just made my own.

I have the same powersteering brackets (50$ on ebay). If i had to do it again i wouldent get them. Had to buy a 70s truck powersteering pump and get the fitting off of a fbody pump. Would have been easier if i would have had powersteering to begin with.

Looks great. The whole engine bay looks great for a LO3. It looks much better than my stock LO3, I know that. Great job.

thanx for the compliments guys,it's taken me along time to get this far and it's always changing.I'm almost half tempted to fabricate atleast the alt brackets for cheaper sale.I was thinking about it.I would do it plus the belt. But I could get in trouble for that.
