So long as they arent scratched beyond belief or cracking, a good polishing job will take out all the oxidation and make them look much better..and who says glass tops won't fit your car?

If you cant find some glass ones or dont want to shell out the $$ for them you could always try improving the ones you have. you could wet sand them until the scratches are mostly gone or a lot less noticeable and polish them. A search will pull up a few good threads. heres one i had saved.

There are several conditioning and sand paper kits on the market but you will be sanding a long time if the cracks are deep.
If you sand and then paint them with acrylic you'll not be able to view through them unless you have luck and find some smoke acrylic tinted clear paint.
I've been looking and have not found this type of paint yet, let me know
if you do.

I took some 2000 grit sand paper and wet sanded all the oxidation off and hit them with my PC and some 3M plastic polish and they look 100x better than before. All the little tiny cracks are still there but they're in the middle of the lexan and you can't feel them from either side and the plastic is really smooth now. There's some scratching from the 2000 grit paper that I haven't fixed since I havn't found any higher grit paper yet but it'll work until I can get some glass tops.

yeah thanks for all the suggestions, but i took off my t-top earlier today to check something out and i didnt snap it back on all the way. On the way out of my neighborhood it jostled loose and when i hit about 35mph it flew off, hit a guard rail, and cracked. so always make sure your t-tops are secured and locked. yeah steve ill send you a pm about those t-tops you were talking about
