I think that is what they are called. The pieces of rubber that go on the front of the windows. Do I have to take off the door panel to install them? Hope you all know what I am talking about.

Never heard it called that but I'm assuming you're talking about this,,,
It's technically just called a filler,
they aren't too difficult to put back in and you do have to take the door panel off to install.

pull up really hard, but carefully (you don't want to tear tham) on the rubber only, they come off of the door filler assembly. 20 bucks for the pair to replace at www.amesperf.com. They have a male grove that slides into the female grove on the filler post
