What rims are these?
I don't know where to put this but I figured this would work. Mods feel free to move if you have to.
So anyways. I have these rims and tires I want to clean up and put back onto the RS do to the 18's are making the ride a little too hard for a daily drive. I'll probably shove those onto the IROC. So that leaves me with these. I kind of like them and they will work. So I don't need a post about how ugly they are and blah, blah, blah. I'm using them because I have them. So my question is what are the names of these rims. I need to order new center caps. I have done a search on the internet and looked for like 2 hours and can't find anything. Also. I'm kind of curious to know when these where made. I think it was the early 90's. And if anyone knows the specs on them. Or did they come in different sizes. I know there 15's. Just don't know if there 7 or 8 inch wide. Thanks in advance for all the help! Adam :-)

I would say either american racing, eagle, or prime wheels. And those look like 80's style wheels. They were probably discontinued a long time ago and thats why u cant find them.

I saw a set like that on a camaro long ago...mid 90's I think when I was stationed in Mississippi 12 years ago but I'm sorry, I couldn't begin to tell you what type they are. I do like them though, they look sharp when cleaned up!

Re: What rims are these?
I still can't find any info on them. I thought they were AR rims. But the one cap that has anything left on the center cap dosen't look like any AR symbol. I'll try to get a picture. It looks like a picture of a wolf maybe and it has a name. But I can't tell what it is. When I take the rims off the car. I'll check the inside to see if that have any markings on them. Thanks again guys. Adam :-)

Re: What rims are these?
AR did make these rims in 7 and 8". I have not seen these rims in 12+ years at least. For some reason I think they were called "cyclone".
These have long since been discontinued..............look good though. Still in good shape.

Re: What rims are these?
i have a set of theseover behind the garage they are 15x8 and 5 on 5" full size gm truck and van bolt pattern
VERy common style
see them all the time on different vehicles
i dont think they look all that great but are better than steel
early 90s seems to be the time period when many were sold
good luck

I saw some of these on an Astrovan just yesterday and gave them a look, and they had big American Racing centercaps on them.
