using paint stripper outside this time of the year..
So I'm going to be stripping and painting my wheels, but the outside temperature here is only about 50* F during the day. The stripper recommends you use it in 70* temperatures.. Is this going to be a big problem, or will i just have to let it sit a little longer?
If it won't work at all, I have two ideas: 1, go for a drive right before I start the process and do some hard braking to warm up the wheels, or 2, take the rims inside and do it in the spare bedroom with the window open, but I dont know if there would be good enough ventilation for that to work..
Thoughts?

It'll work fine..
You probably wouldn't heat those wheels up too much with hard breaking. This isn't Nascar, they won't glow red.
Don't use that crap inside the whole house will smell like it!

Ok, glad to hear it.
The reason I was saying hard braking might work is because just the other day I had checked my tires right after driving on the highway and slowing down for a rest stop and noticed they were reasonably warm. I wouldnt expect them to glow though, haha.
Last winter I had to do some fiberglassing indoors because it wasn't curing outside. That was bad.
