Some previous owner sprayed my underhood and engine with a detailing spray. It was not cleaned well before they sprayed it and as it ages its looking even worse. It looks to be a type of clear coat. I know some dealers who used to do this, so I can't be the only one with this problem. Any ideas as to how to remove it?
