if i take out the high beams headlights and put a 3 inch hose in the opening then hooked them up to the air cleaner on top of the carb. will this give me something like ram air?

 

yes this will work. but it might look ghetto. but it would definately work!

Just use a grille of some sort so it doesn't look so g-rigged. Like maybe the plastic diffusers like what they put on flourescent lights in offices. They sell those at Wal-Mart or Lowes.
