Beautiful Engine Bays!

I'd like to see everyone's clean engine bays. I know there are a lot of different ways to make your engine bay look, so I'm just curious as to what all I can do later on after I get the biggest project on my car under way.

So Camaros and Firebirds alike, pop your hoods and show me what you got.

Re: Beautiful Engine Bays!

This topic has come up quite a few times (it is a good one). Try doing a search here (Auto Detailing and Appearance) for engine bays. You'll find dozens of great pics.
Here's just one of many for example . . . https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/auto...-bay-pics.html

Can be done not to hard to do just will take some time, my car was a v6 and looked like yours, just do a lot of planning and some imagination. I am trying to do a lot of one off stuff now I will get some pictures and post them up, I did some billet parts with laser engraving on them. Thanks for the compliments

Guess you don't drive in the rain hehe! Noticed the gaping hole where the motor should be and no wiper arms, or overflow for that matter hehe! If mine can come even close to yours or the others I'd be a happy guy!

I'm working on mine as well, I wanted to do it while the motor was out but ah well. Going to cover it up and do the best I can with it in.

Re: Beautiful Engine Bays!

I have an 84 z28 camaro that im slowly building up and i was wondering how i should detail the engine bay. the car is white with black detailing on the body. i was kinda thinking out of the box and painting the bay white and blacking everything on the engine except the block itself and painting that white. i thought itd be different but cool and fun to show off at car shows. any thoughts??
