what do u think of this front bumper mod
im on the edge of doing this so i photoshoped this real fast im more after function the looks though. as i will have a very large intercooler mounted in the opening like is photo shoped into the picture
though i gota say i think it looks damn good like that

thats just the factory air dam but i do have an aluminum lip i made to help direct air from under the car up into the intercooler and radiator.
my old driveway sucked and the factory airdam didnt last long

I think it's pretty cool. That intercooler is so big though that it looks like a billet grille.

Do it, looks 100% better then the way it is now. LP bracket is horrible... plus the FMIC looks good... I always prefer stock but the non IROC front with the louvers and no fogs is ehhh too plain. Do the mod.

Thats unfortunate... in Ohio i have ony been hassled with it twice in 15 years. So I leave it naked up front...
Can you do something silly like put it in the front window? I know it is tacky but may be legal just foe while you are driving. Remove it at the track and when parked??

i have an idea a bracket off the intercooler with a ver small mounting flange up at the top of the opening, ill have to put the plate on at the street but at car shows and at the track i can take it off. and i wont have that huge bulky bracket on the front

Here's a LP mount solution. Not the cheapest, but you could design your own to do the same.
