Rust Bullet work?

I found on this website a rust prevention called "Rust Bullet". I have some minor rust on my car that if I sand most of it down and apply this stuff and paint it, that it will not come back? I have two sports that need to be taken care of and cant afford to have the metal cut out and replaced.

I personaly don't have any experiance with it. But I'm looking into it as well. For my K5. Everything I have heard about it at CK5.com, has been nothing but good. There is even a write up/review of it in there tech section (actually it's the product reviews...same differance). Here's the link.

I haven't used this stuff before but my uncle does. He said that it feels like a durable enamel when it finally dries. I think I just read a same thread regarding Rust Bullet earlier.
