preview of the billet iroc-z emblems i have been working on
well here they are. i had these made up awhile back but i just now got around to assembling them. i eventually plan to start selling them. i bought a set of etched billet emblems for $75 from a dealer a couple years ago and i was never happy with them. these are alot better looking and much more what i was wanting the first time, but no one out there is really offering anything so i decided to make my own. let me know what you think

i will try and get pics of them on the car but i have alot of other stuff i need to get done on the car since it is becoming my daily driver.
also these are brushed aluminum. i am going to be making these brushed ones and also a chrome set but i am having problems with the laser jet burning up the chrome but i am going to try and assemble a set of those this weekend.

Very nice, but one thing...it looks like it's a little crooked, the characters are not all on the same baseline.

WOW that looks beatiful the plactic ones look cheap and old, but those would stick out great on fresh shiny new paint job, almost makes me wanna put some IROC-Z emblems on my sport coupe. They way i look at is a sport coupe is a clean slate make it what you want iroc, z28, rs, maybe a hybrid of all of them lol

Re: preview of the billet iroc-z emblems i have been working on
the iroc ones are all i will be making for now, i wanted to put the lines in the emblems as well but i couldnt figure out a way to do it and have it look good and simple, but like i said i have made two sets, one set with brushed aluminum letters and one set with chrome letters. the emblems in the pictures are the brushed emblems, i havent fully finished the chrome ones yet. but its nice to finally have a set done like i said this is the first set i am going to try and perfect them a little more before i start selling them. depending on how these do i might be interested in making some Z28 emblems and maybe even some RS emblems, just depends on how the demand goes for these. the price will be very affordable, i am thinking $75 shipped per set. the set would come with three pieces the rear bumper and two rocker emblems.
so thanks for the compliments guys i am excited about them i just wanted to show a little preview to see reactions

Re: preview of the billet iroc-z emblems i have been working on
here on the chrome ones, i havent attached them yet so they arent perfectly straight. i wanted the chrome on my car to match my wheels a little better, but the laser is burning the edges of the chrome and making it cloudy, it still looks ok but not perfect. the brushed set looks outstanding and thats what ill probably end up doing.

I have been looking for a set of Polished aluminum z-28 badges. You really should make them and start selling.

Re: preview of the billet iroc-z emblems i have been working on
I'd like to see how they look on the car for they look too shallow to match the depth of the stock emblem.
Re: preview of the billet iroc-z emblems i have been working on
I'm defiantly interested in these if you plan on selling them. I'm painting my car next year and was going to buy all new stock emblems but if these are available, I would like a set of the IROC ones. I agree with Brisk, pics of them on the car would be ideal.

They look sweet already but if you added the stock horizontal lines that would make them awesome.

Re: preview of the billet iroc-z emblems i have been working on
well looks like im going to be going out of town for a week. i will post pics on the car next week. i have a couple sets put together already.
i have had alot of pm's about z28 and rs emblems. i dont plan on making any other emblems. i made these emblems for my iroc and was not planning on selling them to people but i decided to give you guys a chance at getting a set of these since there is no one out there making any affordable good looking emblems in my opinion. If these emblems do take off really well i may be interested in making some z28 or rs emblems.

Are you and CAN you? Make a 5.7 tuned port injection emblem for the rear bumper? They look pretty awesome so far.

I will be looking for a new set of emblems after I get my car painted I will have to keep you in mind. Any chance of possibly putting the lines in the letters?
