Whoa. Those are definitely unique wheels. 18s? Not my cup 'o tea. What color is that? Brilliant blue. Lower it and buy these: http://www.top-downsolutions.com/pro...products_id=87

What holds the ground effects underneath the car up? I installed them on mine and they sagged underneath the car, I must be missing a bracket or something. This is an old picture, I no longer have the ground effects thanks to someone who thought the car would look better without them and kicked them off...but i'd like to know for the next set I get.

There are tabs on the inside underneath of the ground effects that attach where the center air dam ends.
Actually both of mine are broken, so mine hang down a good inch further then they should, I just have not gotten around to dealing with yet.
Before paint only one was broken and I sandwiched a strip of metal in there and across to give support, I will have to go back in a do them both now. I am not sure who broke my second, see I took the car to one guy for paint who ripped me off and left my car in pieces, I had to have it towed to another shop who finished d/a, painted the car, and then had the fun job of putting back together a car that had mostly been taken apart by someone else who did not care.
Send me a PM if you want more info, include your e-mail address and I can take some underside pics for you, one of the tabs is still bolted on the center air damn, just no longer attached to the side GFX.
More pics of cars...
This was a happy sad day, after 5 months I got my car back, which was good, there were times I thought it was gone..

Finally in a fresh coat

it ended well... cost a little more than it should have and I went a summer without the car and had to deal with a lying no good SOB, but you learn, and I believe he will get what he deserves...

I kinda like that 'candy burple' color. Not so fond of the wheels or the stick on fake ram air scoops. Since your going with bigger wheels, what wheels are you going with?

i thought about getting the ram air hood, but i don't like it cause it dosen't have the four hood vents. i thinking about going with some 22inch dayton wires or some 22inch I-ROC rim look like. alone with repaint (same color) new white top and all white interior

the white interior will look good. I saw another 3rd gen bird that had white interior and I liked it a lot.

you miss understood me my trans am hood has the four hood vents, the ram air hood its really like a firebird hood with out the four vents, so with my stick on's, i dont loose them, and actually i have already have white interior with gray trim and white convertible top, switching to all white seats, all my trim will be black instead of gray, carpet black, new white top

That Red Vert is GORGEOUS btw Scooby Doo!!
Re: 90-92 firebird picturees....post em
There's a red 91/92 in town that looks exactly like that.....I guess when these cars were wrecked it was cheaper or easier to slap a pre-91 front end on them.
Guy wanted $1700 for his "hybrid"....I passed because it has that front end on it and a V6. I would been more inclined to buy the car if it the front bumper was date correct.

I have A LOT of 91-92's with RAI and RAII saved when I was trying to decide what to get. I'll post those later, don't feel like uploading them and linking them right now. I did post my car though, that has the RAII on it.

Its quite simple actually...just don't have a MAF to begin with. '90-'92 F-bodies came with Speed Density (a.k.a. SD). They don't have a MAF.

The RA-1 hood and 4th gen spoiler is exactly what I am going for on mine as well. The one thing I don't understand is how that spoiler costs $400 at Hawk's and the stock spoiler is the same price. If anyone is interested in a stock spoiler off of a '91 GTA and is willing to work something out so I can get the 4th gen spoiler, shoot me a PM.

Since everyone is lovin' on the red verts, here's my contribution ...
Personally, I think the tan interior and stock gold crosslaces are hard to beat. But of course I'm a little biased. And that is all ORIGINAL paint, baby! Not too shabby for a 120k car!
