Removing / hiding scratches in Lexan?

Removing / hiding scratches in Lexan?
I made the mistake of putting the T-Tops in the back seat (on top of eachother) when I was letting my leather case dry, and they scratched up. How can I hide these scratches?
I used some compound and a high speed polisher then finished off with some Zaino fine scratch remover and wax using a buffer, they look like freakin new now
