burnout!!!

I saw someone take his windshield wiper lines and run them back to his rear tires and mount a piece that sprays perfect so it soaks his tire then filled his canister with bleach then when he power braked it made smoke like you wouldn't believe. That would be sweet, don't you think.

I can't find any pics. I know that they took a piece of steel brake line and mounted on the frame and ran it back through the fender well so that he can spray his tires. It's just a matter of jacking your car up and getting a lot of brake line. I guess that it takes awile for the bleach to get to the back. As long as you don't burn the pump up. I heard that the big dualies use this in burnout competitions, only they use water. Thats the only way they can get there tires to spin.

People around here do it all the time. Just disconnect your wiper motor so it isn't too obvious that you're cheating in the competition. At our local burnout contest about a month ago, by the time the last few cars got on the pad, there was enough javex pooled there that they didn't even run their pumps. An old Charger actually blew his tire and rear quarter sky high. Pieces flew for about two blocks.

I know a guy who does that with his mustang. The bleach is supposed to make your tires really sticky. He told me to do that when I got the camaro, but I don't know how it affects the tires, and I just got new Pirellis.

I did this in my 69 LeMans, only I mounted one of those little replacement pumps in the trunk, with the resevior(sp), and ran brake line to each wheel well. I put the switch in the console to turn it on. It worked great until my little bottle got a leak, so I quit using it.

devices that sprayed "traction compund" on the tires was actually an option on the 60s camaros.
