Has anyone seen these rims??

I spotted a new GM truck with a new type of rim on it the other day. I know that the camaro rims will fit on the trucks, so will these rims fit on a third gen F-body? These were grey, but if they are aluminum they can be polished and I think they would look great on an f-body. Has anyone seen these new rims, and more importantly has anyone tried to put them on an F-body??

So, I'll take the lack of response as a no.

I think I know what you are talking about. The new 2001+ ZQ8 Sonoma's and Extreme S10's
have a new design wheel. It kind of looks like a year 2000 rendition of the IROC wheel. It has thinner spokes and looks pretty good. They should fit thirdgen's.

Is this on a full size or mini??

On a full Size GMC Iv'e seen the wheels that *resemble* the Nissan Frontier's wheels (the five star ones with the rivets on the perimeter) but the GMC one's look way better.

Then Iv'e some GM S-series trucks with five star wheels that look like a cross between the 3rdgen 15" RS wheels and the concept Dodge sidewinder wheels.

These trucks were at GM dealers in Escondido & Carslbad CA (Near San Diego).

They do look like the Sidewinder's wheels. I was trying to place the design. These are 16's instead of 20's or whatever that monster had. The one's I am talking about are on the S10's and Sonoma's.

I spotted these on a sonoma, and to clarify the original post they are new factory rims.
I think they would look great on a thirdgen, be it a camaro or firebird. If they are aluminum they can be polished. I haven't seen these on a thirdgen yet, but I'm sure if it will work someone will do it. We may need spacers, but they will look awesome and be an alternative to iroc rims for camaros, and I have a few ideas of my own to make them look good on a TA. If anyone has a digital camera, a trip to a dealership could get us a picture.

those are only on the ZQ8 equipped S-series trucks, not on the Xtremes.
and yes they will bolt right up to a 3rd Gen without any adapters or spacers.
too bad they cost a crap load new, so the only sensible way of purchasing them is used or from a wrecked one

If these rims will fit then I'm probably going to start searching the junkyards for a set ASAP. Are they 16's? I am going to polish them and possibly color match a part of the "spokes" to match my TA. Hopefully I can get a set without dropping too much cash.

By the way how much are they new?

I currently have the wheels in question installed on my 90 Formula. Yes, they are aluminum, and they look great! They will fit WITHOUT spacers. The only mod required is to slightly grind the hub opening, I think GM went a little crazy with the clearcoat.

Sorry, no pics yet. They haven't been polished yet either. The price was good I traded my 17in Centerline Telstars for them.
