The only way to do this the right way is to take the car to a body shop and have them paint it with DuPont Hot Hues "Hot Rod" black. It's a single stage paint that lays out flat in 2 coats. I used it on my hood and front bumper accents on my Dodge Neon and it is great! Easy to touch up too! It gives a great matte gloss level...not flat.

I've tried to find those rims too. They look like cragar 44 mags. They're not on cragar's website and the only similar ones I've found are on ebay and they are white. Whatever they are the rears definitely look wider. 10"?

those tires have to be like 265/60R15. to much sidewall to be 295/50's the front looks like 215/75R15.
The wheels are old wagon wheels or jackmans from the 80s or 90's
