where and how would i put fog lights on a 87 SC?
i really want to throw on some fog lights on my camaro but it has a slotted grill, i wanted to add the bowtie grill to my camaro but someone said the dotn fit the "slotted Noses" so hwhat would be the best way to throw on soem fog light and make it look good at the same time?
I have seen a SC with fog lights and the way the did it was removed the grill and screw them on, it looks ok but is there any other way besides putting them in front or trough the grill? please help

Fog lamps were an option. You would need to find the sport coupe foglamp grille and foglight brackets. Everything else in the setup is the same as on an IROC. Warning -- the sport coupe parts are all but impossible to find, from what I hear.
Couple of alternatives:
Cut holes for the lamps in the stock grille and glue in a piece of trim plastic along the edges to make it look "factory" instead of chopped.
Make a totally new custom grille from the ground up. Billet, wire, plastic... Want a bowtie? Get one for a 4th gen nose.

My dad just bought a donor car SC for part for his camaro. The donor SC came with factory foglights. Im taking em to put on my IROC but i have the grill that you need for fogs on the SC.

Hey, 86Sprtcpe, the brackets that the lights mount to are different on the sport coupe too. You might want to sell the brackets with the grille, and get a set of IROC brackets. I kept the sport coupe brackets on mine when I added the gfx back in '89, but you have to turn the assembly upside down and bolt the bracket to the bumper brace located above the foglamp area after drilling a couple holes. I'll also cause the foglamps to sit much deeper in the grille area (like in my sig pic above). Just a thought.
hey man 86sprtcpe, are you willing to give me if not sell the grill? if so e-mail me at:
