VHT Niteshades on Side Markers: PICS!
Well I saw them on a white camaro and figured I'd give it a go. I also thought I could get some opinions 
Ok, let me have it 
PS- I also did my front signals months ago and am REALLY happy with how they came out, lemme know what you think of those in the third pic too!

Should be fine, I did 4 coats (2-3 passes each coat), 10 minutes apart.

Can you see the blinker light through those at all?? Looks better than stock, but I think I would prefer shaved.

Yup, can see the blinker no prob, and it WOULD light up a nice amber (the correct color or whatever) if the guy before me hadn't put YELLOW bulbs in place of the stock clear ones. now I've got yellow on yellow on black, and it's screwin' things up. It should look normal once i change the bulbs

i might do these on my 88 bird.
i think that they would stream line the was the car looks. black on black.....
instead of having all black then an amber lens ill have all black.
am i going to extreme with black on my car?
atleast i can't tint it, RI law states i cant tint my side windows, and the rear hatch can only be tinted 70%. talk about awful laws!

A buddy of mine did the markers on his Corrado with that stuff. Instead of blacking them right out, he just went for the "smoked" look to take the edge off the bright orange. I thought the smoked looked real good. Yours is a bit dark for my tastes, but still looks good. Good luck on your next inspection sticker.

Thanks guys!I got it at the local speed shop (Meyers) ... Jim: I don't expect to pass inspection with it It's in July of 2003, so I have some time before I have to switch back for a day.

JIM85IROC, funny u should say that about your friend w/the "rado" because to of my good friends both own 90 G60's and they both "smoked" they're sidemarkers...so much for originality...somebody probably posted it on corradoclub or vortex haha...they're pretty cool little imports though...usually give me a decent run for my $ but we all know who comes out on top

check this out. i put blackouts on my black 'bird and love the look. but to tell you the truth i am surprised at how dark your sidemarker lights look. i never gave that spray that much credit, so i think i am gonna give it a shot. for you guys that wanted to see what it looks like on a black bird take a look.....before & after (photoshop).....it got board so i did the third tail light too. whatcha think...they look a little harsh because of the reflection of the snow....(ahhh, feb in CT)

SAE, car looks great! Now I know the tinted stuff'll look good when I change colors (I'm taking plenty of heat for even thinking of it )
