Driving lights and fog lights behind grill inserts
I was thinking about installing some fog lights on my car without changing the front ground effects: I have an 84 trans am and it doesn't have the fog light slots. So I was thinking I could put some behind the grill panels. Then I realized I could put other lights back there too, almost like Night Rider, and I could drive without putting up the normal headlights.
I was thinking I would have two hella circle lights on each side, the farthest left/right would be some driving lights, and the middle two would be circle fogs. I would use the flat trans am inserts, and cut out a neat hole in an rectangle or something and mount behind it some black aluminum mesh. That way, you wouldn't be able to see the lights when they were off, it would just look like extra air intake.
I guess this should be in fabrication, but I am not building it yet, I just wanted to see what you guys think about how it would look and function.
