things needed to replace t-top seals?

things needed to replace t-top seals?

I already have the seals, I just need to know what people used as adhesive, sealant, solvent, etc. Any input would be very useful as I dont want to use the wrong stuff!

When I replaced mine I used a healthy amount of regular clear silicone in all the channels. On the ends I used the yellow 3M weatherstrip adhesive. It worked out great and it still is.
