Where can I get an underbody neon kit?

Where can I get an underbody neon kit?
I've been looking in magazines like jc whitney but I cant find anything for a 66 camaro. Do you know if the kits for 67-69 will work ok? Also my dad said that the heat from the light bulbs would cause sparks inside my exhaust pipes which could possibly go back into the motor and cause damage to my optispark or soemthing? Anyone know if there's any truth to that? thanks
