I have since gotten a 4inch goodmark cowl hood. Haven't painted it yet thou.

i think those laws are aimed at body shops and businesses,rather than someone restoring there own personal car.i have sprayed 1-2 cars a year and dont have any problems.

I just figured you worked for Earl Schieb. Wouldn't surprise me to find out they use a roller. Saw a pickup truck come back once with the loose hay that had been floating around in the bed nicely painted _into_ the bed, the same nice green color the rest of the truck was sprayed.
