The answer is definitely yes. BUT, since you have a formula, you WILL need to drill holes to mount them. AND, if you use 85-90 gfx, for the Fender gfx to look continuous, you will need a Trans Am nose, because the nose has the gfx, molded in. Also, for the rear quarter panel gfx to look continuous, you will need the TA rear bumper, which also has the gfx molded in. To get an idea of different style gfx, just look at the following pic. Also, you can buy the 85-90 complete conversion for $525 from www.tacreationsusa.com/conversi.htm
yup, they will definatly fit....
i have a 92 firebird and i bought all the ground effect pieces and all you gotta do is drill some holes....
you have to have the 91-92 front and rear bumper cover...
so far thats all i have put on...i still haven't put on any of the side pieces...
i'll drill the holes when i get a chance...

You can cheese out and just drill the holes and bolt it up, but the rocker panel pieces will deform very quickly. If you look at a Trans Am with the ground effects off, you'll see that there's a large steel support piece that's welded to the rocker panels. Without this piece, the flimsy ground effects will sag badly. Maybe the 91-2 style are more rigid than the earlier ones, but I still wouldn't recommend bolting these up without the support pieces.
You can see the piece in this pic of my GTA that's apart for paint:
