The pic looks funny but i can picture it and it would be sweet except that everyone is doing yellow now... might wanna keep that in mind if you want something different

 

Well, a lot of people here might be doing yellow, but out in the real world not too many people are. Kinda like white gauge faces. How many thirdgens have you ever walked past in a parking lot that had them? I've never seen any.. If you really want to do yellow, I say go ahead. There are a lot of nice shades to choose from.

imagine seeing that on the road. EVERY head would turn because it's such a bright and luminous color. not to mention different.

 

Looks like the hood is covered in surface rust.

 

i think the reason the picture looks so bad is that you photoshopped your car and your car has a very faded hood and for somereason it makes that yellow looked like it was mixed in with dog poo, but on the sides of the car you can see the true yellow color and i like that color, would love to see what your car looks like with it painted like that

 

Yellow can either look great or extremely horrible. It has to be a very bright yellow in my opinion to look good. (no offense to others) MeanYellowZ has the nicest yellow Z to me.

I have a fiberglass hood. for some reason my hood looks like that in the pic. I dunno. Though it doesn't match up perfectly. It has spray painted though. lack of funds @ the time. I have money to do it now, but I just haven't.
