no its not factory because there is a main support beam there(you see it on T top models and a cheap job will compromise the structural integrity of the car.

Yeah the guy who had it before me put it in. I dont really feel the weaking of the car...but who knows

Just a comment about the sunroof. I had a similar sun roof on my first camaro. It was an 86 SC (aka POS). I had the worst stress cracks EVER. Sun roof, t-top, convert = not good for performance .
