VIN Decoding with options/specs

A friend told me about a VIN Decoder available on the web that gave really detailed informaiton, such as factory differential ratio, and such.

The VIN decoder on www.thirdgen.org is great, but it does not supply this level of detail.

Does anyone know where I might find a VIN decoder like this?

Thanks!

Use the RPO decoder, it'll give you mostly what you need. Have your Rpo codes handy and just type them in.

At work, if I were to run a VIN in a parts computer, it'll give me a readout of every single option in the vehicle, as well as build location, color, and so forth. This helps the parts dudes figure out exactly what to grab off the shelves for each specific car. I can run VINs without any trouble, so if you need one, just email me.
