water blade

Ok, i finally decided to waste 12.99, and buy one of those California Water Blades, i would of prefered a Texas Water Blade but i think they only sell those in California... But anyways, i was skeptical at first. and then when i actualy did the first sweep across the hood i was like this thing is awsome. 100% better then towels, left no water, except in the small curves, but easlily fixed. I can't believe i waited two months before actualy buying this. But anyways i just thought id share it, since i know they have been advertising these things and since i skeptical at first, i thought id let yall know that this thing is awsome. does anyone else have it? if not then how do yall dry your cars?

Any of you with dark colored cars? Do they leave your car totally scratchless? I would only try it on light colored cars. I couldnt imagine the blade going across a black hood. Even clay leaves fine scratches.

It's plastic I doubt it would scratch anything.

That thing rocks. I used to drag my leaf blower out of the garage and blow all the water off,( I got real lazy ) but now I don't have to worry about the cords hitting the car. My sister got suckered into buying it somewhere but I have now taken possession of it.

mine's a dark blue, haven't seen any scratches yet. It's mad of surgical grade silicone, not plastic so it's really smooth and soft.

i use it on my black and it is ok. I use it all the time, but it does leave very few scratches in the paint, HARDLY NOTICABLE, but I am the type of person that knows EVERY inch of my car. I have a big buffer so i just compound the car 4 times a year, that basically gets rid off the scratches it leaves. My car is also a show car, so yeah, i really pay attention to my paint.

my friend came over with all of this detail stuff he got one day. Left it all at my house, I've taken possession of the blade best car cleaning product ever invented. Works alot better than doing a five mile stretch at 100+. A hell of a lot cheaper too. I hate CHP :-)

as long as you keep it clean, and i mean perfectly clean as well as the surface of your paint it works great! i was skeptical too specially hearing the noises it makes, but after using it i love it.
