So I'm just messing around on Windows Paint trying to see what will look good on my car when I paint it. I know it's not the best quality but it gives me some sort of an idea. Please let me know what you think and any ideas are welcome(: Here is my first one.

 

Looks good but i have a suggestion. Go to google and look up Gimp. It is a free photoshop like program and you can make things look more realistic. Add a new layer and mess with the color balance then erase the background to the old one and it looks like your car is a completely different color. I do it all the time wondering what my car would look like in a different color. but i like the black and red theme you have going on looks sick

 

I like the look of either the whole car one colour or just paint the gfx.

Black body with silver or dark grey gfx

Red body with dark grey or black gfx.

Those would be my choices. Understated combinations that stand out,

 

Id like to see black with red hockey stripes. I always see it the other way around

I like the black over red look in the OP. If you daily your car at all even just for the summer, DON'T go with black on top. I'll tell you form experiance if you like your car to look clean at least most of the time (which I do) the ease at which the dirt shows up on the black will get annoying. I love the look of the black and will keep my car black but I no longer use it as my daily for the summer for a number of reasons one being that I hated seeing it dirty all the time.

 

I know someone who has LOTS of Mothers product.

 

And a tooth brush specifically for cleaning wheels. It takes me about 3 hours to clean the outside alone on average. Black paint's a bitch to keep clean, but when it is clean it looks sooooo good.
