Repairing spiderweb cracks

I am in the process of painting my car and have spiderweb cracks in the bumper. I have sanded all the way to the plastic and the cracks go into the bumper itself. Does anyone know how to repair this damage?

epoxy primer? that should stick no problem, and fill spiderwebs at the same time
