I've been wanting to do that for some time now, but I've been using my money for other stuff (engine). it was originally done on a 4th gen. I forget the link, but search over at camaroz28.com for "4th gen appearance guide", you might find it there.

It just doesn't fit with the overall appearance of the car. Camaros are straight, boxy. Those lights look like a square peg in a round hole.

No wait. A round peg in a square hole.

Either way, it's just way out of place.

The picture really doesn't do the car any justice. I have a set of clear headlight covers (5th set I've purchased so far because they keep flying off) which really compliments the look. The "Camaro Wearing Glasses" title is pretty good. Gotta wear'em to look way back and see whose butt I just kicked racing

It look good I think, kinda different, but cool. Id get rid of that hood, and just put either a 2 inch cowl or 91-92 Z28 hood blisters on the hood.

i like it. A LOT. In fact im thinking about doing it now, only molding some sort of fiberglass housing around them or something.

pwdbychevy:
Just out of curiosity, do you have a website addy or anything for the lights? or possibly a how to site?

EDIT: one more thing, how well do they light up the road at night? better or worse than stock?

I guess it's one of those things you either love or hate. I love! It adds to the roundness of the car. Thirdgen's aren't all boxy, you forgot the wheels.b As long as a car doesn't look like a bubble, like F*rd Taurus, then it's bound to look ok.

I like it ok. Nothing I'd lose any sleep over. Actually I've thought of how I could install a set into each of my headlights like the Ferrari's. But I don't like cutting or messing up my car so it will prob. just stay a thought.

Dude, get a life. Dont come on here bashing people for their creativity. Sure, he kinda "borrowed" the idea from the 4th gen appearence guide, but it is still a cool mod. Putting people down for their hard work is really quite lame. What have you done to your car that is so super cool that you can just come on here and act like you are the *** of appearance mods? Moral of the story: Dont bash other peoples stuff just because you dont care for it. If I dont like somehthing, I either dont post, or leave some constructive criticism, why cant you do the same?

That's the beauty of living in this country, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Thanks to people who like the look and to those who oppose...well you can't please everyone. All that really matters is that I like it. It really looks alot better in person. Anyone wanting to know how I installed the lights just send me an email pwdbychevy@msn.com.

I would've removed the stock spoiler but the car was in Germany when I installed it and them body shops over there wanted both arms and both legs plus the nads to cover up the holes and repaint. So I just decided to cut notches in the factory spoiler. Again, just like the headlights, you'd have to see the car in person to appreciate it.
