Anyone with e36 lights fit them without cutting core support?

Ive been researching this mod for the past week and i havent found anyone who has got them to fit without cutting the core support.

Is there anyone out there who got them to fit properly without cutting up the support?

I know a mod around here contemplated cutting the housing to make them fit but bailed on the project.

I dont want to shell out 230$ and fail.. id like to attempt to cut the housing itself, or find a way to trim it down.

Pics/ info on this appreciated

i think the non projector housing is the only one you dont need to cut up the rad core support the projector one sticks out farther into the support there for you need to cut the support probley be easyer than cutting up the head light housing.

Yea man I agree. I've also been looking into this and I'm not liking that you have to cut into the radiator support.

I know nothing about Camaro mods, but here's a thread that someone recently made on this topic.

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/body...completed.html

In regards to the linked thread, I don't really have anything nice to say so I'll just keep my comments to myself.
