"Safest Rust Remover"

I haven't used this product, but it appears that it would have been perfect for the OEM muffler/tailpipe assembly I found for my '85 IROC and saved me a ton of work.

Incredible!!! That stuff seems to be a miracle worker. I love how clean that pace car undercarriage is! I wonder what they are coating with to keep it from coming back? Eastwood Diamond clear?

I wonder how well it would work if it were sprayed on, with a spray bottle? Don't really see dipping the whole rear end as a good option.

I think the part literally has to soak in the liquid to allow it to work. Using a spray bottle would allow it to dry up.
My '83 has very, very little rust on its undercarriage/drivetrain. I'd love to see if someone can get it to work without having to pull the parts off.

It either has to soak for a few hours, or you can rig up a kiddie pool and pump to keep the stuff flowing over the area.

I saw the kiddy pool and pump, and thought looks like a pain in the butt to do, but the end results are awesome!!

Cleaning up that rear end would sure help it from being a rusty eyesore.
