*****SEPTEMBER Nominations*****

This thread is designed as a nomination board to narrow down to the top ten thirdgens found on this board. This is not a picture thread to post pictures of your own vehicle, and you cannot nominate your own vehicle. To nominate a member you must provide a user name and POST A GOOD PHOTO of the vehicle (for others to possibly 2nd, 3rd, 4th the nomination).

***NEW***
- This month is for the CAMAROS!!! We had Firebirds last month and its only fair to have a month dedicated to these Camaros. Stock, modified, racer, lowrider... whatever! As long as its clean and you think it is one of your favorites! Nominate away!

Once a vehicle has been nominated, there is no need to post additional pics, but please post with members screen name as a second, third etc nomination.

One nomination per member. So please do not list of your top 20 favorite cars... think about this, it will be an honor, pick one. If multiple nominations are made by a single member, I will only count the first posted member when creating a tally.

*** The 10 or less cars with the most nominations will be complied into a new thread the morning of September 15th, at which time poll format will be used to nominate the October car of the month. A car must receive more than one nomination be included in the voting process ***

looks like it worked out this time lol, i was a little late on one of the previous months. welll.....to make up for my tardy i nominate BADNBLK's 92 Z03 vert!!! this car just seems to transform before my eyes almost every other day on here. you literally SAVED that poor cars life. if it were just about any other yahoo on here, it would have been parted

I honestly don't know anything about this car. I did a search and found it....and thought it looked really nice. Never was a huge fan of the torque thrusts...but they work with this car.

Not even sure if he's an active member still....but I'm throwing it in the mix

WAY to many to narrow it down. So many nice cars.

 

I nominate Project89. Turbocharged 3.1L Camaro. Maui Blue and a true test on what a V6 can do.

First I love the color let alone whats under the hood. Its the car that personally inspired me to work on mine the way I did. Great car Dave.

I cant find any pics I can copy past at the moment of the engine itself but will link them soon.

 

I Nominate Bad's Z28, It's Way too Badass and it would Look Great as Octobers Car of the Month Especially with Halloween in mind, By Far My Favorite Z28, the '91-'92s and You Utilized Both of my Favorite Colors in a Combo I had never before seen That GM never Offered, Black with Dark Teal Metallic Stripes and Accents.

P.S. in case you didn't know my '92 Z28 is Dark Teal Metallic.

^there are firebirds worth seeing..but that was last month. this month is camaro only man. and MR.IROC-Z does have what appears to be an amazing ride, cant get over how clever it was to have slightly larger iroc wheels (to fit todays standards) in FACTORY color. i cant stand stand the chrome versions of THAT wheel. nicely done

Mr. IROCz does have a great car. But cant we narrow it down to guys who haven't won COTM yet. He won in april.

i think the first post should have the previous ineligible winners listed in it , i was searching for some of the old threads to look at myself and some are buried like 10-12 pages back

listing them in the first post would make it much easier for everyone i think

I nominate 85maroZ28s car. He's owned it since 98, and although it may not be the best or the fastest on here, he has done a lot of work to it with the money he has. Here's the only decent pic I have right now...pictures do the car no justice, in person it is gorgeous and extremely clean inside and out. Some think the color combo is different, but when you see it in person it looks a lot different. Next thing on this list is a stock hood or SS hood.

 

Yes MrIROCZ has won already and cannot win again until next year, but I do think that the idea of adding a winners list is not a bad idea and will likely use that!

I'll put in a nod for 1MeanZ and his '86 IROC-Z w/ 383/LPE heads/LPE219/SuperRam, TKO 600, C4 IRS w/3.54s, etc

 

It was somethingZ, he had 2 Camaros.

 

I would like to nominate xpndbl3. He has one of the cleanest/fastest LS thirdgens on the planet.

His car came out on a magazine like two months ago. I know him if you guys want to get more info or pics of his car ill get them for you.

 

i second xpndbl3!!! steve is a great guy, and that car is the prime example of what a raced street driven thirdgen should be!
