*****SEPTEMBER Nominations*****

This thread is designed as a nomination board to narrow down to the top ten thirdgens found on this board. This is not a picture thread to post pictures of your own vehicle, and you cannot nominate your own vehicle. To nominate a member you must provide a user name and POST A GOOD PHOTO of the vehicle (for others to possibly 2nd, 3rd, 4th the nomination).

Once a vehicle has been nominated, there is no need to post additional pics, but please post with members screen name as a second, third etc nomination.

One nomination per member. So please do not list of your top 20 favorite cars... think about this, it will be an honor, pick one. If multiple nominations are made by a single member, I will only count the first posted member when creating a tally.

*** The 10 or less cars with the most nominations will be complied into a new thread the morning of JULY 15th, at which time poll format will be used to nominate the AUGUST car of the month ***

I nominate TA88GTA once again. Unfortunately I could not find any pictures of his car all cleaned up. He is putting down some very impressive numbers. 1000+hp. More pictures and videos can be seen here.

 

I have forgot about this car! Very sick car! This is exactly why I love the COTM... people digging up amazing cars I personally have forgotten about.

Andrew91GT's turbo monster!! 90 formula firebird street car

 

I nominate jpossibul's 1985 Trans Am.

This is from the car's album: "1985 Trans Am with 89 305 TPI Engine. This is sort of a "stock resto-mod." I just prefered the 86-87 spoiler with the best fuel injection set up on the 85 interior and body. This car was originally gold, but my brother painted it about 8 years ago. It is a lot of fun to drive, and about 85% of it is restored or newly built. Engine was completed re-done, but kept to stock configurations. This one came out of the Norwood, Ohio plant in December 1984."







One of my favorite Firebirds on this site.

Very nice! I have never seen this car.

 

I nominate scholtmj and his red 89 TA. 500 Hp from a procharged 305, and a very clean car! I'm pretty sure he's still got it, just remember the few pics he posted early on in GM high tech's page. Here's a few

ok here is my nomination, I can really appreciate all the work that has been done on this car. My nomination goes to JeremyNYR and his 1984 TRANS AM with a LT1 and T56.

Those are some of the coolest wheels you can put on a Trans Am. Different, but still stay true to the stock cross-lace pattern.

Awesome car.

 

That car was fun but it's been sold. Now resides in Huntsville Alabama - NASA.

I'll nominate CharcolBird's 1991 Firebird. Boy can this car clean up well, with its RAII hood, custom paint, and XXR 526s rims!!

 

Just because you nominate it, doesn't mean you get to drive it Kelly ha, thanks though. I'm not in the same caliber as some of these cars though.

 

So far we have some great looking birds up here, but we need to remember to second a nomination.

Prior to this post, I hadn't known which Bird to choose (I'm biased toward Camaro's), but after seeing the combination of rare, along with consultation with the inventor, as well as staying true to original form, my vote goes to SpeedRacerX as well.

I would like to second or third TTOP350's car. Sorry I lost track of who, what and where here. Just to many Birds and I am partial to nice Birds.
