Hail NO!! [MOST] SC's and Berli's before '88 looked like they suffered from malnutrition!! And altough I have seen some nice looking ones, I still beleive any of them would look better w/ GFX.

P.S. You'll have to change the front nose and rear bumper to do that, if you didn't know.

How can factory gfx ruin the classic look of your car? Your car will look sweet with those gfx. I'd go for it!

My driver's side was hit a few years back, and the previous owner just threw on the 91-92 style gfx on the DRIVER'S SIDE ONLY! So I have the passanger side gfx here in my living room, ready to be painted. So yes, I like the new style gfx.

Do it, I wanna get 91-92 ground effects on my 89 someday. They look way better than the 89 ground effects, and are a huge improvement over none at all. Good luck.

I love the '91-'92 gfx better, too, because of the whole scoop thing it has going on.. my b/f likes the '89 better... I say anything is better than the bald tummy of my George... I want one of them ram air hoods that RamAirZ has, but it just doesn't flow with my puny V6... GM shouldn't even make V6... nothing but 350 from here on!!! yeah!

definately put ground effects on. i'm putting gfx on my 87 lt. at first i thought not too many lt's were made, but then i said screw that, it will look 10 times better. i just need to pick up the front spoiler and i got everything i need. i'm going with the 85-90 gfx. i like the 91-92 gfx better, but i got everything except the front spoiler for $140. i would've had to pay that much for just the rocker gfx for the 91-92 style.

Although I don't have them on my '86, simpley because I want my car to be different and I did change the hood, you should do it. Once you add the effects you will want to get rid of the flat hood right away. I also have a '91 that i will work on this summer with the GFX and it looks hot with them. To each his own and I say go for it. Be prepared to drill holes into the doors to affix those effects.
