What the hell is that jack doing to the frame on the driver's side? fourth pic down. or is than an optical illusion?

Optical illusion...the jack is on the tab where the subframe connector welds to the frame. I like to jack it up there when possible, its exra beefy there.

Have a 1991 Camaro Z-28 1LE. Can't figure out why it surges at idle. Replace just about everything on the car ECM, pickup coil, cap and rotor, injectors, IAC, vacuum canister, purge valve, EGR valve, 02 sensor and computer. I had it checked out today at a fuel injections specialist and every looked good. Every injectors was reading between 16.8 to 17.1 ohms. They did a smoked test and no vacuum leaks. Can you please with any ideas. Thanks!
