Flex DA Polisher - Better than sex!!
Decided to try out my new toy on one of my toys before I put her away for winter. The BEST money I've spent on a tool in quite a while.

Those are some pretty sweet results. Would also like to know what products you are using with this tool.

Not bad results for a 20+/- year old GM peeler program repaint.

Looks great.
I really like the M1/205. The DA buffers are awesome, especially on black. Can't beat it.
Generally, I use a rotary buffer for paint correction and a DA for swirl/hollogram removal, polishes and waxes.
It's amazing what good products/pads will do with the correct buffer speed. Car looks fantastic, let's see some more of it!

I have the flex as well, it works wonders. Only electric power tool I have that doesn't ever feel like it's pushing the limits of its motor.

Is there another brand of polisher that works good but not so expensive as the Flex? Just curious as I wouldn't use it enough to justify 400.00 .
Just curious

While I have not used Flex to compare, I have been using the DA Polisher from Harbor Freight as polisher, buffer, and both wet and dry sander.
They also have 6" buffing pads for $5 each .

Re: Flex DA Polisher - Better than sex!!
Thanks for the info. I have used a standard buffer several times but from what I have read the DA buffers work fantastic for the final stage. I am going to invest in one now its just deciding which one.
I have a 91 Z28 it is blue. It needs a good buffing again. Sometime when my wife helps me out I will get some pic's posted of it on here. I am not to good at computers so I need her help. lol....
Thanks
Brian
