Tunes?
Not sure which thread to post at, but now that the weather is nice, and we all have our rides out. What are your favorite tunes to listen to while cruising around town?
I always seem to find my self listening to some early ZZ Top or AC/DC, Bon Scott era.

No need to keep chastising everyone here for some posts, and or placing post in the wrong area. I would be happy to delete this for you I could.
The appearance and detailing area seems to be the catch all for many areas that other boards do not cover. Perhaps, this highlights the need to create a catch all / misc. area for the random things members would like post.
Not sure what fuel vapor issues have to do with the History board, but you don't hear any one else gripping about it.

Re: Tunes?
TGO is a technical board and always has been. It's never been a place to just hangout and shoot the bull. Many new members, like yourself, are thinking that message forums are there to just post and make car friends. It can be, but this forum doesn't have a place to just "hangout".
Fuel vapor issues on an original car has plenty to do with Originality. If you notice, the forum is known as the History/Originality forum. You really don't see that? When a component gets replaced on a car, you reach out to those that haven't replaced the part and see if they are experiencing the same issue. Also, the parts that are being replaced are with new parts that are supposed to be factory replacements for the "original" part. If they aren't to original spec and could be the cause of the issue, then that is something the owners of "original" cars are interested in knowing. The parts that I'm working on are the factory original parts and are being replaced with original replacement parts.
I would agree with your "gripe" if I had replaced my fuel pressure regulator with an aftermarket adjustable FPR, maybe removed my charcoal canister and emissions components and had a high volume pump installed in my car. There is not much "original" left there.
Maybe as you learn and become a more senior member, you'll understand the difference.

Just to point out, that vast majority of people who are not griping know that this website employs moderators, so that they don't HAVE to gripe. ....and because of that, this site has been around far longer than any other thirdgen site, and frankly a lot longer than most era/make/gen/model specific forums of any kind. ...while it doesn't really hurt to have ONE thread that may be redundant, or misplaced, or maybe "not so" tech oriented every once and a while, it's letting it slide that would lead to it turning into a soap opera trainwreck of a forum. I've seen it happen more than once over my years. TGO nips it in the bud, and continues to endure. It's not personal, and honestly, I think we've all been guilty of contributing to un-needed fluff threads at times, but again, it's keeping it on the straight and narrow that keeps the forum alive.

I hope it continues on the straight and narrow.
Re: Tunes?
I reached out to the admins and moderators to see if we can realign threads to a more proper placement. One scenario I mentioned is factory original radio repair. Where do you post about that? History/Originality? Car Audio? Electronics? Interior? There's a lot of overlap, however, I still don't know where a post about your favorite tunes would fall since we don't have a general chat section and TGO has said over and again that a General Chat section will not be on TGO!
I'm no trying to be a jerk, but as moderators, it's our responsibility to keep the forum and threads aligned or moderated.

Re: Tunes?
I missed this thread or I would have moved it to the Car Audio section or closed it and pointed them to the top 5 tunes thread, as Stauf already did.
For now I am just closing this one, PM me if you have concerns.
