i was going to start the **Voting Thread** now, but i will hold off until tomorrow. here's why:

Hepcat620 (1987 Sport Coupe) is a Junior Member with 10 posts since he joined in 2013. so far as i can tell, all of his photos of his car have been corrupted, timed out, or otherwise don't work. a car that there are no good pictures of cannot compete for COTM. i will PM Hepcat alerting him to this post, but that is about all i can/will do to chase this issue. if Hepcat, or whoever nominated his car can fix this issue by tomorrow, he will be in the **Voting**. if not, he wont be.
