4th gen dash

i have seen pics of 4th gen center consoles in third gen f-bodies, but i am curious as to how hard it would be to fit an entire dash and center console from a 4th gen into my 87 TA. if anyone has done this before and has pics please post them. thanks for any help.

peace,
menace

Sadly, this is mis inforamtion, the dash doesn't not just bolt right up, it does fit, but you need to drill new holes and what not to make it fit and make mods for your new instrument cluster which is electronic, not cable driven. And mods so your A/C vents work properly.

Why do people do this, if you want the 4th gen look buy one don't ruin a 3rd gen.

Some people go overboard, but even I like how the 4th gen wings and hoods look on 3rd gens, but there is a point you reach when your car is no longer a 3rd gen. However, interior mods are nice no matter what. After all, you're driving it; it should have all the creature comforts of a new car, but look like the bad a$$ 3rd gen it truly is on the outside (I like how our cars look bone stock!)... a hood and wing won't hurt, but just don't go grafting on bumpers... that's overboard! ...But I'd still like to see someone be creative and do it.
