well guys its been a while since i sold my 90, kinda in withdrawl.
so i was trying to sell my S10 for the winter since i have my Grand Cherokee now. and a friend of mine told me he would trade me his 89 RS camar for my S10. i was like ok lets deal. well i finally dealed and now i own the Camaro.

its originally Dark Red Metallic. with Gray int(which is nice) and RS rims. it has the 305TBI. (yeah its slow but who cares)

ok hears the deal, since im working at a body shop while im not at college they said i could do whatever i want on the side. so my plan is to fix this car next summer as soon as i get back from Basic and AIT for the army. fix it in about two weeks.

so what color should i paint it?

im definatlely not doing a full color change. but here is my idea.

the dark red on the New TAs, with Black Stripes down the middle over the louvers, anniversary stripes.

and getting maybe a set of wheels.

my plan is to fix it and then sell it. not looking to make a lot of money off of it. but just to learn a lot off of it.

tell me what you think.

 

louvers on an RS?? hurm.... Yup paint it but no black stripes, white look better maybe. I want to get some hood blisters for my 89 RS.

 

yes i have louvers on my RS. and i dont want stripes that stand out and say HEY I HAVE STRIPES. COME AND GET ME.

black stripes are they way to go for me. i like subtle but noticable additions.(oxymoron) i know i know. you have to know me.

and we figured out that if i add a few grams of black to the Dark RED off the TAs it will be a lot darker so i think i am going that route.

well guys i leave for the army in less than four weeks. i wont be back til june so you will have to wait for more of my posts. and it will be a quick fix, not much to do. and then i am selling so if you hear of anyone looking for a car in the summer. i might have one for them.

and i will get picks all the way through the process. talk to everyone later.

and i need a few parts.. such as drivers side spoiler piece for the rear spoiler. the L shaped one that hangs over the L Quarter.
