Wheels to track day

Hi. looking for larger wheels for my '85 IROC Camero for use on track days. Moving to 17x9 or 18x9. Suggestions on a solid, lower cost wheel?

Engine: L98 with bolt ons.

Transmission: T56

Axle/Gears: 3:42 again

Another option to consider is 245/45-16 tires apparently older 911's use that size and I have found some decent choices for track day tires in that size.
