This is a Nomination Thread for cars that will compete for this month's Car of the Month honor. The 12 (or less) most popularly nominated cars will be compiled into a *Voting Thread* in a couple of weeks. If you do not nominate a member's car for COTM, you can still second or third (fourth, fifth, so on) someone else's nomination. Cars must have at least a second nomination in order to make the Voting Thread. If you are new to the TGO COTM nomination process, please read and understand the following rules before putting forward a nomination:

• Do not nominate your own car. Your car must be nominated by another TGO Member.
• Do not ask your wife, husband, friends, extended family, etc. to register as TGO Members for the purpose of nominating your car.
• Do not nominate more than one car.
• Do not use multiple member accounts to nominate your own car or to nominate multiple cars.
• This is not a picture thread. Post only one (1) good photo of the car you wish to nominate. Do not use unrealistic, overly-processed images.
• You must post a picture with your nomination. This must be a full-sized picture (or at the very least, a pic or thumb that enlarges into a full-sized picture when you click on it).
• Correctly identify the user name of the member who you nominate. This includes capitalization and spacing.
• Correctly identify the year and model/trim of the car you nominate.
• Do not nominate cars that are not in a high quality, finished state.
• And if you are nominated, please DO go out and take an abundance of good quality photos of your ride (multiple angles, interior, engine) and make them publicly accessible (for example via a photo album in your public profile or some sort of hyperlink to your photo album).

I’ll second 86FyrBrd’s Vert... that thing looks CLEAN! Definitely stands out with the heritage package and the colors..

 

That Z was in the bait thread wasn't it? Posted right before that immaculate blue 85 Iroc L69? You know, the blue 85 Iroc L69.

Both gorgeous cars. Seems the white Z is the only one nominated at this point.

Yes that blue Iroc striked my attention as well! I love the L69/ 5spd 3.73 gear combo probably the best out of any stock thirdgen combo.

 

....add to that the 85 blue.... Might be my single favorite thirdgen. Not that a later blue 3.45 Lb9/M5 isn't up there. -but man that 85 Blue!!!!

 

I thought about nominating the blue 85... just do it ... it’s a great car... I just wanted to support a fellow Vert... that 85 deserves a go at it..

Thanks. I dont have any good pics of the car and was hesitant to post a pic at all until I did. I'm still waiting on door decals which is why I havent posted a good pic yet. I was just thinking yesterday that I need to find a good location for a pic.

Good looking car.

Linson will create a voting poll and you'll do your own write up in there. Pictures of outside, interior, engine bay. Written description, and a lot of people like to hear your own story of ownership behind it.

 

Well, I need to go old school here and nominate FJA1791 and their 1984 H.O Z28. I have always loved the white '82-'84 cars!!
