Thanks a lot guys!
I have some interior plans coming up too that I think will be pretty cool - but don't hold your breath, as you see -Im in it for the long run
Abubaca,
Thanks for the thumbs up! I've been around Just not too frequently in here to say the least. But it is always my source for knowledge for this car, and right now Im fighting an engine issue (over on the TPI board).
Are the Aero kit/91-92 ground effects new? I don't remember you having them. I just picked up (most of) a set of 91/92 effects for dirt cheap. Can't decide if I wanna swap. Still up in the air!

Yes, they’re new - or actually I’ve had them sitting around for about 12-15 years 😂
The chin spoiler is NOS and the front bumper I bought new last winter 😊
I like them, but damn the fit of the side pieces is terrible! And when looking at pics of others with 91-92 gfx, that seems to be very common. They rarely line up well with the door fillers..
Has to be pretty cool to have a car like this in Norway. You may not be the only one, but you have to be among the rarest of the rare. And how many Norwegians are familiar with 35-year old Chevrolets?

They're not super rare - but you won't see them as daily drivers Convertibles are pretty rare though, if I was to guess I'd say there may be 15-25 convertible thirdgens in the country. Thirdgens all together, there are probably a few hundred, 200-400 maybe ? I don't know, that's just a wild guess.
But when it comes to how familiar people are with a 35 year old Chevrolet, it is definitely cars that turns heads - and Im ask what it is on a regular basis
Just for your amusement - here is a link to the biggest used car site in Norway (similar to ebay/craigs list etc) where you can see pretty much any Camaro that is currently for sale here. As you see, it is a majority of 5th/6th gens. https://www.finn.no/car/used/search....ed-id=33873808
If you divide the price by 9 you have it roughly in USD - that'll give you a laugh for the day

Ken
That's a lot more Camaros than I would have thought in any European country, particularly a pretty small one.
Heck I couldn't tell you the last time I saw a 3rd gen Firebird or Camaro on the road here in South Carolina. There's plenty around hiding in people garages I'm sure, but a real-world, non-show sighting is rare. And I get asked about mine all the time, although the people asking questions know the car.

From one Ken to another, Beautiful car!
Thanks again man
Well that is the same here, most of them are stored away and just seen occasionally. And, maybe my guestimate is too high, that could very well be. I'd say in my area (200K people) there may be 5-10 of these cars at the most that I have seen, one other convertible.
