Despretly need help here....

I gotta know weather my new tires are gonna fit on a set of Camaro 15" 5-Stars, I mean, I belive they are 15"ers but I need to know. Can someone tell me weather my current tires would fit onto the original Camaro 5-stars? I got Michelin Weatherwise P215/65 R 15 95S tires, and I'm lookin ta get the 3rd Gen Camaro 5 stars the ones I was looking at are black... dunno if that means anything, but I know certain versions of RS's IROC's and Z28's had matching wheels... so, if that was somthing special, well, there it is. NEED HELP!!! Gotta get them 2morrow or I can't get um at all Thanks guys

Adam

as long as they're 15-inch tires (which you said they were in the description of them) they'll fit on the 15-inch wheels. The only thing you'd usually have to worry about is the section width, but 215s will fit a 15x7 wheel no problem.

The differences in the IROC wheels is that the back ones had a different offset than the front ones so they weren't interchangeable front to back, that's all.

the stock rims for a camaro are 15x7. the tire size you said above(215/65/15) are the stock size for the camaro or firebird. a good size tire to put on these cars are a 235/60/15. they will give you better traction than the 215's. black 5 star rims came factory on camaros that were black. dont know if any other color car came with the black rims. i have a set on my orange 79 berlinetta and they look great.

::Lets out a sigh of relief::

Thank you.... thank you ***, thank you jermdm and WS - 666.

Yeah, there on a 4th gen at the local car shop that specializes in Camaros/Corvettes/Firebirds and Trans Ams, there just on there to hold it up (Looks like the thing was NAILED in the side) but the wheels look good and straight, and well, they'd look better on my car then the Green RS Wheels I see there on 2 of the cars But I wanna get um painted gold to match my car. But who knows
