Mods I don't know where to post this. I couldn't find an Off Topic section on the site so I just put it here.
I assume the drawbar in the spindle let go of the tool holder. The tool and tool holder assembly is spinning like a top. From the looks of the marks on the floor was probably spinning for a good long minute before he started video recording it
They were very lucky it didn't come in contact with anyone when it let loose..
