Mods I don't know where to post this. I couldn't find an Off Topic section on the site so I just put it here.
I assume the drawbar in the spindle let go of the tool holder. The tool and tool holder assembly is spinning like a top. From the looks of the marks on the floor was probably spinning for a good long minute before he started video recording it
They were very lucky it didn't come in contact with anyone when it let loose..

very reminiscent of the time my dad's router, Porter Cable 691D fell out of the twist base somehow mounted to a table. danced a jig trying to get to the power plug lol
