Anniversay stripes

Does anyone know of some tricks and tips to puting stipe decals on. I have a 92 rs and the stripes are all faded and have chunks missin. I went out and bought new ones and I'm not shure how to get all the air bubbles out if any occur. Any advise would be helpful

You should make sure that there is plenty of water (with a drop or two of soap in it) under the decal when you apply it. This allows you to reposition it since it floats on the water. Then you squeegie the water out and are done. If you are scared of doing a whole stripe at a time, you can remove just part of the backing and get it started first, then work the rest out as above.

Make sure you've stripped the wax off your hood first by washing with liquid dawn or the like.
